General booking conditions – Villa Giannina Room & Breakfast

Booking: the booking is valid only after written confirmation from the property.

Two payment options:

1) advance payment

2) 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance will be paid at check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the date of arrival.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:30 AM

Stay: smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Pets are allowed only on request and subject to confirmation.

There is an extra charge of €10 per day for pets.

Taxes: any municipal tourist taxes are not included in the room price.
